Quality Auditor – Compliance Monitoring
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare, maintain, and implement the Quality Audit Plan in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Monitor compliance with civil aviation regulations, including but not limited to Airworthiness, Flight Operations, Ground Operations, and Crew Training requirements to ensure continued AOC validity.
- Conduct internal audits and ramp inspections within operations, airworthiness, and maintenance areas to assess compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Identify, document, report, and follow up on audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Audit contractors, vendors, and suppliers to verify compliance with contractual obligations and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Participate in organizational meetings, including Management Review meetings, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Review company manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with current aviation authority regulations and internal standards.
- Ensure company policies and procedures remain adequate, effective, and compliant with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) requirements.
- Participate in investigations related to incidents and accidents when assigned by the Quality Manager.
- Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report directly to the Quality Compliance Monitoring Manager on audit activities, findings, and compliance status.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Certifications: Formal training in Quality Assurance Auditing, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Auditing and inspection within an AOC and Airworthiness environment.
- Experience in aviation compliance monitoring and regulatory auditing is required.
Skillset
- Strong knowledge of Civil Aviation regulations, including OPS 1, CAMO, and Part 145 requirements.
- Strong auditing, analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and QMS software such as ICARUS, Q-Pulse, or similar systems.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
