Store Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Cabin Store Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient management, organization, and control of cabin items inventory for both the store and aircraft operations. The role involves maintaining accurate stock levels of the onboard service equipment, laundry and cabin presentation items, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring timely preparation of required uplifts for scheduled and short-notice flights.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain an accurate and well-organized inventory system of cabin service items, including laundry, crockery, snacks, and presentation items.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to support both store and aircraft operations.
  • Prepare and coordinate inventory uplifts for scheduled and short-notice flights as per flight attendant requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock checks in both the store and aircraft, ensuring timely replenishment and accuracy.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to support operational and service requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of all cabin service items in line with company standards.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
  • Identify and resolve inventory-related issues efficiently to avoid operational disruptions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems or software is an advantage.

Minimum Experience

  • Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a luxury, aviation, or hospitality setting.

Skillset

  • Strong organizational skills to manage cabin service inventory and aircraft stock efficiently.
  • High attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and flight uplift preparation.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with FBO, Procurement, and Cabin Crew.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, especially for short-notice flight requirements.
