Key Accountabilities
- Maintain risk registers and related safety documentation.
- Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and safety targets.
- Analyze incident reports, flight data, operational data, and maintenance records to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Support safety assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare safety audit and investigation reports, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
- Support the Safety Manager in preparing and arranging Safety Action Group (SAG) and Safety Review Board (SRB) meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Safety, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certified Aviation Auditor qualification is preferred.
Minimum Experience
- Experience in safety data analysis within the aviation industry.
- Knowledge of ICAO Safety Management System (SMS) framework.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and aviation safety procedures.
Skillset
- Training in Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of operations manuals and aviation documentation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
